Job Description

oordinate and manage import and export shipments under supervision, from booking to delivery.

Communicate and liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, trucking companies, and warehouses to ensure timely operations.

Prepare and check shipping documents including Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, COO, and Insurance.

Assist in handling TradeNet submissions, customs procedures, and port authority requirements.

Monitor delivery schedules and container movements, and report any delays or issues.

Maintain records and prepare logistics reports for management review.

Support senior staff in cost control and expense tracking.

Assist in training or guiding junior staff if required.

Perform other logistics-related tasks as assigned by management.

Job Specifications

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of work experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.

Hands-on experience in import/export processes is preferred.

Familiarity with TradeNet, customs procedures, and port operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic report preparation.

Good command of English (both spoken and written) for business communication.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under supervision.
