Job Description
Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
1. Collaborate with business stakeholders, users, and subject matter experts to understand and document business requirements, processes, and challenges.
2. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
3. Analyze and model business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
4. Create detailed requirement specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
Solution Design & Documentation:
1. Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for developers, architects, and engineers.
2. Design system features and functionality, including data models, user interfaces, and workflow diagrams.
3. Develop and maintain critical project documentation, including System Requirements Specifications (SRS), Functional Specifications Documents (FSD), and API documentation.
4. Propose and evaluate potential solutions, considering feasibility, cost, and technology constraints.
Development & Implementation Support:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, clarifying requirements and resolving issues during the development lifecycle.
2. Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to develop test plans, test cases, and ensure requirements are met during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
3. Support users during system implementation, including training, troubleshooting, and change management activities.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
1. Bridge the communication gap between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring all parties have a shared understanding of the project goals.
2. Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
3. Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate prioritization of features and tasks.
Maintenance & Optimization:
1. Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed systems to identify areas for enhancement.
2. Investigate and resolve system defects and user-reported issues.
3. Propose and plan for future system upgrades and integrations.
Job Specifications
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
2. 3 years of experience in a project management role, with a proven history of successfully managing medium to large-scale projects.
3. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
4. Proficiency with project management software and Strong familiarity with collaboration tools.
